Wow! How did you lose 20 lbs per month? Please share!0

I've been eating only unprocessed foods, tons of greens, NO soda, especially diet soda since I was addicted, lots of water, and one cup of coffee every morning. I walk ( a lot) and run ( some) everyday, I'm breastfeeding my 6 month old as well. I want to get into lifting to help tone the lose skin I already have and gain strength. I have always struggled with weight but realized that my main problem was emotional and once I addressed that a switch flipped and I haven't looked back since!!! I can't wait to be a success story, but I'm enjoying the process!3

I'm also down from an xxxxl to a loose xl!!!!! I feel like I don't "deserve" to be shopping in " normal " stores because it has been so long! Lol!4
