Best of luck to everyone on this journey to health! ~Dawn Edited to add: I used MFP to calculate calorie deficit then logged almost daily and walked my dog daily for exercise. Started at 30 minutes walking, now up to about 60 minutes with a 15 lbs weight belt/10 lb. ankle weights.
