Shaun T is the best. I just completed Day 3 and while I take many breaks and am nowhere near as fast/hardcore as they are I love it and always feel like I got a great workout. Hellooo gorgeous. Those abs are incredible. Great job. I'm only on day 3 of insanity and I've gotta tell say, you've earned it. Insanity is killer. Did you follow the nutrition guide or did you do your own thing?

Amazing job. Thank you for this post. I'm going away a lot this summer so it's great to know that I can still stick to my diet and nutrition while on vacation. I'm doing the insanity workout myself. Now on day 3.

Stories like this are what help me stay dedicated. My goal is to lose 40lbs and just live a healthier lifestyle in general. When I see people like you who've accomplished so much more than that it's a real kick in the butt to me to keep going.
