PinkGlitter0317’s suggestion of getting a gym wig is the best suggestion imo. And wear a gym cap or throw on a wide fitness headband and that should be fine. I have alopecia and this is what I do with zero issues. And ignore people asking why you want to wear a wig to the gym. They have no clue what it’s like to have…

Hi, Did you end up doing the program? I just started a couple days ago. Today will be Phase 1, Day 3.
-
I like this goal. I’m mostly sedentary apart from my workouts and as I mostly do strength training I don’t get in tons of steps. I’ll be doing this challenge starting today.
-
I’m unable to fill in the spreadsheet also. I’m okay with joining any house and my average workout minutes will be around 500 mins. Thanks.

Egg and eggplant scramble with 1/2 cup white rice & 1/2 cup black beans. Espresso with milk and light brown sugar. Not sure how many calories as I didn't prepare the meal.

I wish I could like your Animorphs reference a thousand times.

Incredible progress. You should be very proud of yourself. It's not easy!

I haven't met a vegetable I don't like. Love fresh tomatoes, salad greens like arugula with lemon and Parmesan. Thinly sliced red cabbage slaw. Raw peppers and cucumbers for dipping in hummus or tzatziki. Roasted squash, eggplant, corn, sweet potatoes lol. Give me all of 'em!
-
My favorite veggie. I like to slice up a variety of heirlooms and sprinkle with sea salt and maybe a splash of vinegar or lemon.
-
I know so many people have already mentioned it but you seriously look like you lost way more than 27lbs! Way to work hard.
-
Hi , I'm looking to lose about 25 lbs. going to focus on strength training with some cardio thrown in a few times a week. The hardest part for me is completely cleaning up my nutrition. Love my carbs although I gave up alcohol and I don't drink soda or juice. Add me please!

I like to make a cold quinoa salad . I cook the quinoa in chicken stock if I have some handy or if not just water is fine. Let it cool and throw in some diced veggies (avocado, celery, corn, black beans or garbanzo beans, tomatoes, lettuce or spinach if I have any, beets, etc..) . Then I toss it with a homemade lemon…

Nice suit! Congrats on the new job. Once you start making positive changes in one area of your life it spreads to other areas. How do you like using the food scale?
-
Lmaoooo. Im dead! Well played, madam, well played. Hope you don't mind if I borrow that response lol.
-
I have to agree with you on that.

Oh, and I live in Boston area, formerly North Carolina. Former Marine, now full-time student and part-time bartender.

How cool! I've been thinking about taking up pole dancing lessons. I hear it's a great core and upper body workout.

Hi there. I'm in the northeast, been to Houston thou and loved it. You can do this. Use these community and browse the forums to get as much info as you can especially about logging correctly and using a food scale. And remember, we all have days where our diet is the best or we just don't feel like being active. That's…
