Right...I had a few PMs with this guy yesterday and gave him some advice and offered to stay in touch and check his diary after a week
Mainly get a scale, start logging to your MFP calorie defecit which is 400 calories higher than the minimum for males that you've set and eat back 50% calories from exercise
But he's deleted this account so it does seem like he's still not ready to make a change
Oh well ...good luck to you ..
