Drinking more water can help, too. The keto diet requires more water intake than many other diets. Try upping that and see if it helps. Good luck!

YES to @PaulaKro - Keto doesn't do the work for you, at least it doesn't for me. It just makes it WAY easier to eat fewer calories than you burn. Even on days when I feel like I've splurged or overeaten a tad, when I log my calories, I see that I've only eaten in the 1300-1400 range most of the time. I am losing more…

I like to eat fresh tomatoes like apples... just bite in and go to town. I also like to let a weird skin form on the top of my broccoli cheese soup as it cools, then I eat that first, then eat the soup.

There is a way to change your calorie goal, I adjusted it before when i was training for a 10k and was crazy hungry all the time. Look in your profile settings and you should be able to override it. :)

I am in the same boat, ladies!! Recently engaged and planning a wedding about 10 months away (fall 2015). I'm in desperate need of motivation with my hectic schedule and tendency to comfort myself with food at the end of the day. 27 pounds to go and I know that I can do it!
