I just got my book in the mail and have begun reading it, I like what I am reading thus far, it makes a lot of sense. I haven't "started" this diet yet, but definitely plan to as soon as I am done reading. Would love to connect with others dong the same! Feel free to add.

Starting out is the hardest part I think- getting on MFP is distracting but in a good way- distracts me from thinking that I am hungry or wanting food when I really don't need it! Good luck- feel free to add!

I was diagnosed with Celiacs about a year and a half ago as well as Crohn's disease- so food is double edged sword at times! You'll find that you will develop a "predictable" eating pattern in terms of food choices!
