Hi everyone. I restarted my weight loss trial once again but this time I am determined to rid myself of the 60 pounds I put on. This is my second day. I am praying my determination will lick in and keep me on track. It is so nice to be able to have other's to talk to. I find this in it self very encouraging.

Starting out is the hardest part I think- getting on MFP is distracting but in a good way- distracts me from thinking that I am hungry or wanting food when I really don't need it! Good luck- feel free to add!

Heyyyy how is it going so far??? Little and often matey!! I started with one of the free 7 minute workout apps. And it took off from there. I did just 7 minutes every day and just did as much as I could. It really worked for me. How is your motivation today?
    You can do it!!!!!

hi doreen902, i stepped on the scale in june & hit my bottom at 101lbs, i have been trying to eat healthier and have gotten hooked on yoga and walking when possible. my current weight is 183.4 so it looks like i am doing pretty good. i still have 33lbs i want to shed but adapting better habits and choices it defiantly a wonderful adventure. i am new to MFP and would love to chat and be weight loss buddies .-)
