I sympathise, I have stopped logging for a while (not after ten years, though, just after about a year). I'll be back at it in the autumn no doubt. I have gained about 1 kg but I am also a lot more toned with more definition.

My experience is only my experience and therefore anecdotal also. I lost weight a few years ago to a goal which took me to bmi 21.6. For me that was too low, and I did gain it all back. I had to buy a smaller ring to keep my wedding ring on my finger. (Our wedding rings are engraved so I don't want to have it made smaller.)

I was stunned when I put 40g of muesli (my morning allowance when I am eating muesli for breakfast) in a deep bowl instead of a flat soup plate type bowl. In the flat soup plate it looks a lot. In the deep bowl it looked like a mouthful. I eat my muesli from my soup plates!
