  • Feel free to Add me. Sleeved July 20, 2015. Hw 347 cw 171 this is my lowest and I'm maintaining for the past couple months. I am 5 8 . My goal is around 166 but I'm happy where I'm at and so is my doctor as they suspect I'm carrying a bit of weight in excess skin.
  • Sorry I just now replied. Thank you so much. Good luck with your own journey.
  • I love the strawberry lemonade one, but I have learned that the artificial sweeteners could be causing me to have bladder spasms so I have to go without for a little while and see if that helps.
  • 324 ish in 2014 to now 179 I have a few pounds until goal.
  • Go to a store and have them do a gait analysis and get fitted for a shoe. I am on my second pair now (Newbie Runner) It makes all the difference. I learned the hard way by buying cheaper shoes and ended up with a black toenail(Which a year later is still funny looking) at first. Now I will never buy a cheap pair of shoes.…
  • I was hoping that some by some miracle had a recipe. I used to eat the bear claw brand then they changed their recipe. I am thinking about buying some things and maybe adding protein powder to see how it turns out. Protein bars don't sit well in my stomach. I haven't looked at health stores of anything I will have to check…
  • I have the fitbit charge hr and love it! Wear it everyday. Down side is the battery only last about 2 days or so.
  • I have had my fitbit for a little over a year and just now realized that it wasn't tracking distance accurately. I started searching around to see if there was a way to fix it. You have to do you stride length. Not sure if you can do it from the app or you may have to go online and do it.

  • I can relate! I can't drink coffee before I run. The coffee can also cause bladder spasms which I get also. I will eat a meal that at least 20grams of protein then wait an hour then go run that gets me the extra energy to get me through.
  • Oh running shoes are a must other wise you may end up with a black toe nail! I know from personal experience it has been a year and its still growing out.
  • I was very self conscious and still am a little. I used to go walking a lot on a trail by my house. But the little busy street walk to get there made me nervous. Just last year I weight 325 pounds and not once but twice someone yelled out their car window at me "Fat *kitten*" excuse the language. So yes I was a little self…

  • Thank you and I wish everyone the best in this incredible journey!
  • I am 5 weeks post op and I got that comment all the time(normally from super skinny people that have never been overweight). I did good I lost 60 pounds pre-op and I had to explain that if I didn't do this I know I will revert back to the same pattern as I always have. I needed a tool to assist me in not going back. I told…
  • I was sleeved 7/20/2015, I took 2 weeks off. I honestly could have went back after 1 week. I work a desk job. The second week I did enjoy taking my kids and hubby places. That was nice. I am 5 weeks out right now and on pureed foods. I do not get hungry so the one thing I have noticed is that I am disliking food because I…

  • I am currently 11 days post op. Its like you have to completly retrain yourself to drink and eat. I don't feel hungry. I do still have those food cravings but I learned to walk away. I learned no matter how thirsty you are you need to space out your sips other wise the liquid will sit right there in your chests for a few…
  • I am getting sleeved on July 20th 2015. I would love some fellow sleevers! Feel free to add me!!!
  • I had the jawbone up24 and I broke out in a rash on the underside of my wrist. The buttons appear to be made of some type of metal. If you google it there are a lot of people that have had similar problems. Then mine broke after having it for 3 months. I now have a fitbit charge. It is a little pricier but I absolutely…
  • I have the fitbit charge. I love it. I have a few people on my friends list and the challenges are very motivating. I had a jawbone up24. I began to develop a very itchy rash on my wrist. I had tried everything to get rid of the rash. I read online alot of people have an allergy to the metal used in the button mechanism.…
  • Add me I am 28 years old I am 5'8 I started at 324 in octoberish. My highest was 347, right now I am at 288. I need to loose more than 100 pounds still. My ideal weight would be 150. Some day I will make it there.
  • I had the jawbone Up24 and after a couple weeks I began to notice that my wrist would get itchy. Then I developed like bumps and super itchy and red. I am pretty sure i am allergic to the small amount of metal on the button on the end. After awhile it started to space out and then it stopped working all together. Also with…
  • Honestly my fear is I will slip and gain the weight back. I have tried many times to lose weight and I would gain it back. I fear if I am not being held accountable by someone then I will slip. I want to try and prevent that so I can get my health back and do things with my family. Thank you for your kind words.
  • The double chocolate chunk is my favorite! It quenches my chocolate craving! It takes like a brownie to me.
  • Quest double chocolate chunk bar. I love them. It's like my chocolate fix with extra protein.
  • I stayed off of it for a couple days and thankfully the swelling went down the pain is now gone so I think mine was maybe a stress reaction.
  • I actually just bought a brand new treadmill and this kept happening. The belt was slipping. So I tightened the belt and it stopped doing it. My tension screws on the very end. So look up the model of your treadmill and you can find the directions on how to do it.
  • I actually figured out how to do picture and picture on my tv. So I have her video going on one side and something else on the other.
  • It maybe between them. It's not to bad this morning so we will see thank you for your help.
  • I can pin point the spot can't tell if it's second or third.but it's one of them. Its sore when I walk but nothing unbearable. It feels as if I can't fully bend my toes.
