eat a can of tuna, its like 100cal but the protein will stack you full

as long as you eat less calories than you burn you'll lose weight .... you can just eat a larger amount of lo-cal food before you hit your calorie target

Hey, 20 lbs isnt alot to lose - ask yourself why you want to lose the weight. then pre plan your meals for the day and its easy not to snack - add me if u want tho
