I just started on here and have been on a keto diet for over a week and really enjoying an increased amount of energy and focus! Looking for keto friends for support!

The best way to study is to get up every 20 minutes and do something else. Go do your laundry. Walk up and down some stairs. Do some push ups. Jump up and down for a minute. Anything adds up in the end. Plus you will fell better and be more attentive in your studies. :wink:

I recently went cold turkey with candy and real sugar. I think what helps with my cravings is to mix cocoa powder (no sugar), stevia, and plain yogurt (no sugar) together and it tastes like chocolate pudding....best way for me to beat my sugar cravings.

I think people need to do what feels good to them and what is sustainable to them. If you don't think you could do what you are doing for the rest of your life, then it's probably not gonna work in the long run.

I recently, over the last two months started really getting into yoga. My gym has free yoga classes on fridays and I love it! She does a free moving yoga (vinyasa). I agree. I once worked with a co-worker, who was a nurse and she wore scrubs and I had noticed that her scrubs were super baggy on her one day. Then, one day she wore new fitted scrubs and that's when I asked her if she had lost a lot of weight because she looked amazing.
