Boston MA -Started today- 3 walks around the house- I felt tired. Weight In 237.2 lbs. Definitely a sign of being out of shape, so... Here is the plan: Walk around the house every day- Slowly but every day. Drink more water and relax more. Stay in my 1200-1400 calories per day Don't eat junk stuff. Enjoy the outcoming days.

2011rocket3t- I decided 1200 base on my profile. I knew what was needed for me- but I did search a couple places to calculate what I needed base on height, weight, age, bmi, etc. Thank you so so much ! I'll be around :)

Hi jilianilene- Today is my day 5, I lost 1.9 lbs doing Zumba classes 4 days this week, that's 4 hours and tracking what I am eating - trying to stay within my calorie intake limits. Stay with me, let see if we can do this together :)

Hi everyone in this challenge, I was reading all the post for weight in,and just wanted to say Congratulations!!! Most of you loss about 1lb-2lb per week. Keep up the same routine and see you here Dec 15th with 1-2 lbs less :). Good luck !

12/8 204.6 Two dates late but I did not wanted to let you guys down :) 206 Initial weight, so thats 1.4 lb one week of cardio workout 3 days a week. 1500-1800 calories per day. Next weight In 2/15. See you all then!!!
