First week back in track !
Hi everyone- I just started this week to track my food intake. My goal is to stay in my 1200 calories per day and at least 1 hour or exercise a day. Anyone interested in motivate each other during this journey. Here I am :) .
I feel that if I am in pain due to exercises and the pain is happening in my workout targeting areas, It is not a bad pain , it just only means to me, that I am doing the right movements when I do the workout because I am working out the target areas I want. So... Know what exercises you do and what are the target areas…
Hi am back again and trying so hard to stay motivated! My goal 50 lbs weight lost in a year!
Day 2- feeling tired. Started eating different and now body is weak, in the process of gettting use to a change.
