Hi everyone- I just started this week to track my food intake. My goal is to stay in my 1200 calories per day and at least 1 hour or exercise a day. Anyone interested in motivate each other during this journey. Here I am :).

    Sandy, is 1200 what MFP has allotted for you? If it's lower you should stick to the app's recommendations. Remember your in this for the long haul.

    2011rocket3t- I decided 1200 base on my profile. I knew what was needed for me- but I did search a couple places to calculate what I needed base on height, weight, age, bmi, etc. Thank you so so much ! I'll be around :)
