I feel that if I am in pain due to exercises and the pain is happening in my workout targeting areas, It is not a bad pain , it just only means to me, that I am doing the right movements when I do the workout because I am working out the target areas I want. So... Know what exercises you do and what are the target areas that you are working out is good to help you understand why the pain is happening ,where and for what reason. The pain will go away after your body gets used to the exercise and if it doesn't stop see you r doctor for advice.
