Hello, I am 45, 175lb , 5' ". I also have hypothyroidism, about two years now. Prior to that diagnoses, losing weight was much easier. My TSH just shot back up to 4.5, so just upped the levothyroxine. I eat really clean (for the most part) and average 1300 calories / day. I am really struggling with my energy levels…

It will pass! I find this happens to me when I change my eating drastically. Usually by week three I have stabilized. I would say make sure that you are eating at least 1350 calories, 3 meals and snacks throughout the day ( keep your blood sugar from dropping). Just did last week and I am hypo... 5.20. I gained 30 lbs in a year ( eating healthy for the most part) and that prompted doctor to check. Started generic for synthroid 3 days ago, we will see if it makes a difference!

I do a lot of jogging in place throughout the day as I wait on short tasks ( microwave, commercial, waiting for my dogs to bathroom, kurig to brew, toaster, copier / printer (when no ones looking! ect. ). These add up quick, I find I can easily get 2000 steps in little short bursts like that. The rest comes from workouts.

my flex lasted three years, so that sounds about right. I called the company and asked if they would replace it, they had me try a few things, that didn't help. They said it was outside of the warranty phase, they offered me a 20% discount off my next one, which helped!

I just upgraded from a flex to an Alta. I love the look and feel. My only complaint is that it is a lot less sensitive then the flex and often misses steps. I found it is a lot harder to get to 10,000 with the Alta then the flex! I found this frustrating at first and considered going back to the flex...but really like the…

I would love to join. Staying on track is tough, especially through the holidays. I just restarted low carb on Nov 1 (165lbs) and would love to be down 10 by the holidays. Still in induction phase.
