Your right this is probably why I am constantly hungry I would like to lose 30 lbs but I also want to gain muscle so the scale isn't super important to me, how I look and feel is what is important to me.

tofu scramble. extra firm tofu, place tofu in between several pieces of paper towel cut up peppers and onions, sautee peppers and onions in sunflower oil, with fresh garlic add tofu - break it up with a for prior to putting in the pan add tumeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper and a little sea salt. it's my favorite! :)

I do about 50 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of lifting, besides all the walking I get from my commute to the train to and from work. I work out 6 days a week. I don't do low card I just try not to eat them so close to bed which might be silly.

I'm not too into fruity drinks but I love good beer! I've been settling on vodka and flavored water, and when I do drink beer I usually only drink 4 beers but as you know they are high in calories. but sometimes good beer is just worth it! :)

yeah I think something is off, I burn on the elliptical about 215 calories in 40 minutes and I weigh 165.
