I have been doing about 45 minutes of interval incline/speed on the treadmill for cardio as well as about 30 minutes of lifting. I have been basing the burn off of the treadmill itself and other exercise calculators. Then I subtract some based on the idea they aren't usually correct in their estimates. So I burn roughly…

I have it set to 2lbs/week. I did notice I had it set to slightly active. I do workout 6-7 days per week but I work a desk job. Therefore I set it to sedentary and it changed to 1760. With exercise that is still 2000 calories per day though.

Well, I consider it extreme because I have already lost 65 so that would be a total of 135 pounds. If possible, I'd really prefer losing a steady 2 pounds a week.

What would you classify as "intense enough" as mentioned here?

It's at a state where it is practically a stall. One week I'll lose a pound, the next nothing, then something different the third week. I'm not sure exactly how consistent it should be, but I feel I should definitely be losing more than I am.
