I actually did zumba for a year and a half when it was just getting popular! I loved it but I did not put forth any other effort in my day to day life (I.E, I still grabbed some Jack In The Box on my way home) or it would have been great!!! Look for Aqua Zumba. Legendary!

Sadly my town is not very cyclist friendly and there are no groups. There is one about an hour away but it is all college students who pedal around the downtown sidewalks. I've been searching but then get discouraged and panic half way through the search!! Maybe some day.

Baked!!! I went through a scrambled phase but these past few months we have been ALLLL about them baked eggs. I usually line a pie pan with either sauteed potatoes or soft bread, like 2 inches of spinach, turkey bacon, and then whisked egg and bake that bad boy. It's our go to dinner. :)

This can sum up a lot of what causes that. Extreme changes really took its toll on my keeping on track. Once I realized things don't change over night I kept it up. I'm on a 92 day streak now and haven't stopped since I came to that conclusion. Take it one day at a time!!
