I do this when I add something condiment wise to my foods or drinks. I never put enough to make a tablespoon, barely enough to know it's there, but I'd rather over estimate my calorie intake then underestimate. I do not log my coffee during the day. I do log salad dressings (Perfectly measured and all!), salsas...etc.

I used to use splenda/equal/sweet and low and decided it wasn't worth it. Try doing some vanilla almond milk if you like the taste of coffee still. I drink my coffee black as night 99% of the time. If it's from a store I do a normal serving of sugar because it is still low in calories and better for you then splenda.
