Above you? Don't get the question.

No mention if you still find her attractive. A loss of attraction complicates things. Sometimes the person who loses the weight suddenly feels entitled to having a more attractive partner, and the resentment starts and builds and things can end badly (affairs, divorce, etc..).

Your post encouraged me, if you are taking on that goal, I can surely achieve mine. My only direction is to give yourself a victory every day you stick to your calorie goal. One day at a time with weight loss. Looking at the long-term goal can seem insurmountable at times, especially if you have a set-back. Good luck!

I'd like to help, but you would have to switch your allegiance to the Bears. That aside, happy to encourage you when you need it. I love food and dislike cardio, but I dislike being unhealthy most of all. I am on the same battlefield as you, struggling to see negative calories at the end of each day. Good luck!

Best part of your post is that you are in OA. That is the path when overeating turns into an addiction. Sometimes a sponsor gets too close, and you start lying to them to please them. Tell your sponsor you are having trouble being honest and need to change sponsors. It happens all the time, no shame in it at all. Try to…

If your intake/burn numbers are correct, the weight should be pouring off of you. I would slow it down or at least raise your daily calorie intake to 2000.

Its really just math, I suspect all the calories arent being counted, which is an easy thing to do. Dont despair, start again with a modest goal of 1 pound per week. Hitting your goal in week 1 will build motivation to keep the good habits going. Good luck.
