i started at needing to loose 123 lbs and now it's down to 110 left to loose that's 13 lbs. but the number under my pic is 9 lbs lost so far.

the ticker shows that i've lost the 13 lbs but right by my pick it says 9 lbs lost

ok so I guess i'm confusing myself....If my daily calorie intake is 1850 to start the day, then I excercise I get more calorie intake for the day? I was under the impression that the 1850 is what I had to work with for the day and that it did not change at all.

this is my 2nd day logging but I haven't even gotten to my goal weight cuz i'm just not hungry. So I'm not starving myself.

it says 1850 goal and i weigh 283 lbs i'm 5 foot 6 inches and i'm 27

well from halloween to like nov 3 i would munch on kids candy. but i haven't really been eating a lot of sugar and with the caffiene I don't really drink pop or anything

see i find myself weighing myself in the morning and then at night. I don't know why I do that, but i think it's habbit!

you know I didn't think about it that way. I've struggled loosing weight for years. doctors say my thyroid is just fine but dieting and excercising alone I couldn't loose weight. My doctor decided to put me on phentramine. Today is day to and I'm already seeing results. I'm so excited I just started this app again…
