110lb? what is your height and age and gender? you can gain or lose 1-2lb over night just with water weight. Weighing 110lb I would not worry about eating to much myself....

Do you know your body fat % ? Do you use weights or only cardio? Adding in weights is a great way to build & tone muscle and burn even more calories. remember if it jiggles its fat ;)

I doubt you cant see any difference after losing such an amount... That's great work! keep it going! What are your current stats atm?
