Oh lefse! My grandmother made the best! You used to be able to buy decent lefse in the stores, but since returning to Minnesota after 24 years of living in many elsewhere's, the stores no longer have good lefse. Wish my grandma had taught me.

Thanks. Can't help it though. I am a foodie and have always regretted not attending a cooking school and then apprenticing throughout the world.

There is no reason you can't accomplish your goal. You've done an amazing job so far. Keep working out, and keep track of your calories. No cheating! I didn't count 3 ginger snaps from last night I am still deeply remorseful over that! :wink:
