Hi. I am having trouble losing weight. I exercise like crazy running, zumba, pilates, yoga, and calesthenics and am not losing. I am consistently under my calories. I also have tried eating less calories without effect. I measure my food as well. Help???

I weighed 117# (very close to bottom of BMI) and the doctor put me in an eating disorder clinic. I asked my doctors the other day if I should loose more weight or maintain because I was still considered overweight on BMI. they BOTH told me in no uncertain terms that I could not weigh any lower than 160#. I am doing mainly cardio... about 40 minutes a day. I just started to do some weights... well, cans of vegetables and doing some calisthenics. I am watching to see if I feel increased hunger, but so far as long as I get my calories in I am doing pretty well. I will see what other weight training I can do without a weight…

Ultra does not update phone until synced to computer. I did 6.8 miles today and ultra said that I only did 3 miles. Steps inaccurate.
