  • My discomfort is deciding how to eat when away from home. I struggle with that a lot. I keep working with it because as has been said once I make my decision to stay on plan I feel better. Need to keep reminding myself how great I feel when I don't give in.
  • We have lawn service for the grunt work. My husband does some trimming and edge mowing and other work around the yard. He keeps up with the bushes and just planted his tomatoes. Last year wasn't good for the tomatoes sure hope this year is better.
  • To get centered again I'll come to the message boards/FB for support. Reminding myself why I am doing this, then get back to my routine. Often I review the situation and make plans to do better the next time.
  • Yep, this is us.
  • You did a great job. I lost 80 pounds a number of years ago and have kept it off for over eight years. I'm real big on maintenance support and staying "in the game." I was going to use this thread as a daily check in to remind myself to stay on plan.
