Well, it worked yesterday! Do this one day at a time! 1) Log everything 2) drink 6-8 glasses of water 3) Do the best I can -- enjoy but limit calories at vendor dinner tonight.

My goal is to start each morning listing my goals! Today I will: Stick to calories allowed --- stop at 1200 to 1500 calories, nothing else to eat after that! Drink 6-8 glasses of water. Get to bed a little earlier. Let's see how this goes today!

I did not lose any lbs in February, but maybe March will be better. I will keep looking here for inspiration and motivation!

Yeah! I actually stayed in my calorie count yesterday, and whole day! I had lost 8 lbs and then have gained it all back so I am starting over -- I'm the same weight as in December 2014. Snow day. I will watch the snow flakes fall, enjoy my cats, read a book, take care of paperwork, not worry about diet today!

Just for today and throught the weekend I plan to do the best I can but enjoy myself. Will be inside because of the cold weather. I will try & get to the gym and drink more water.!!! Stay warm everyone!

I usually do that but this class is later in the Pm. That will just not work for me!

I am not perfect. Had all intentions of trying a new exercise class last night, but it was at 6:40 PM & once I got home I didn't want to go out. I should have known better. I think I will try it again though another time -- see if that keeps me from snacking at night.

Same problem here! Eat reasonable all day, work out at the gym, then just too much at night. Do i go to bed at 8pm then! No! Im going to watch the Superbowl now & enjoy. Tomorrow is a new day and a new month.
