Well I don't live in Maryland, Ohio 61 year old should weigh 25 lbs less than I am. How did this happen? I live alone, widow, so not much accountability. How do you want to inspire and help each other?

TODAY: Stay within daily calorie goal; drink water; strength train at gym tonight; focus on total calories each meal; and focus on 10 lbs weight loss by end of the year - aim for that!

Good idea, I think I will focus today on sticking to calorie goals one meal at a time instead of looking at the whole day of calories, will give this a try. You are either up very early or up very late.

JFT - I am back from vacation and didn't sabotage my eating habits too bad, had ice cream last night so get back on focus today and the rest of the weekend, move and eat healthy foods and log the calories.

On vacation! JFT I will make good choices at restaurants; hike as long as I can in the mountains, the others in my group will tire out before I do so push them a little. Enjoy the hike I have been so looking forward to Drink more water today.

JFT - stay within calorie limits, go to gym after work, aim for 10,000 steps! The Cookies are gone, I ate them all, so no more tempation there! Do not buy or bake sweets and keep in the house. If they are there I will eat them........

My June goal is to not eat all the sugar ladden items I usually eat. No kitkats, cookies, chocolates and limit the alcohol.

June 1st a new month! I have been MIA and plan to start today and the new month in a positive way! Starting a low carb or no carb eating plan this month, and I like the no sugar posts -- I don't know what happened but I can eat alot of sugar -- so cut sugar out, and carbs, and see what success I can achieve!

For today and the month of May -- have more consistency in my daily calorie intake!

JFT and the whole 7 day week, I will attempt to stick to calories goals -- I tend to stay within goals for about 3 days out of the week and this is not working! Go to the gym tonight --- and be pleasant with everyone I come in contact with!

FOR today get to the gym, forget about yesterday, start again today and try and not ruin the weekend with a lot of extra calories.

Today I will: Buy a new battery for my FitBit! Stay within calorie goals; drink water; do strength training at the gym tonight; make up healthy Chinese for dinner!

Just for today I will concentrate on getting back to the weight I was in January! Keep within calorie goals, drink more water, and exercise today at the gym. Then get a few things accomplished when I get home, cut up fruit for the next day, sort paperwork, put away laundry.
