Cruise4me July week 3 PW 171 CW 170 It's a loss, so I will gladly take it, but I was hoping to get out of the 170's. I didn't make the best food choices this past weekend (high sodium intake) so I will make sure I get back on track and hopefully be in the 160's next week! 1 lb at a time gets you closer to your goal!
