Aug 8 No I'm sure I'm way over 1 hour walk I started out tracking, but both kids had friends over and I grabbed a little bit of this and a little bit of that snacking today, so I gave up trying to figure everything out. I work all day tomorrow, so it will be much easier to track.

Hi! This will be my 3rd month in this challenge. I've been losing 5 lbs a month. I know it's not a huge number, but after several months those numbers will add up!!
