    No
    I'm sure I'm way over
    1 hour walk
I started out tracking, but both kids had friends over and I grabbed a little bit of this and a little bit of that snacking today, so I gave up trying to figure everything out. I work all day tomorrow, so it will be much easier to track.

    Weekly weigh in (Friday)

    Pw: 78.2 kg (172.4 lbs)
    cw: 79.1 kg (174.4 lbs)

I can see last night's pizza!

On the sunny side: I had a BIA- measurement taken this week by my dietician. It showed that while my general weight loss was ridiculously slow, I did reduce my fat percent by almost 3 percent and built quite some muscle since May!

    Goals/Day/Comments:
Tomorrow.... I eat out! Free Meal! 🥳
I am a bit obsessive about my Free Meals! I usually eat something very low cal during the day.
Then I allow my Cheat Meal to use up the rest of my calories. This way...no damage done.

Yea! I ordered a swimming cap. Now, I swim laps in my pool for an hour.
My hair is hip length.....dealing with my hair afterwards was time consuming.
My swim cap is hilarious. It gives me an eyebrow lift.

Today I have been feeling really on unsure if I wanted to continue trying so hard to lose weight. Because I haven't lost weight since June. I have had a vacation and other obstacles in my way and no I haven't been back within my calories limit. Today I was cleaning my desk at work when I found a paper that I wrote when I was 220 lb. It said you will never reach your goal if you don't stay on course keep trying. That was definitely motivation for me.

I got sent another district for the week because their main system is down and I have to be there in case we have to use a switchboard. Apparently, I am the only person that knows how to maintain switchboard dispatch for something like 10 counties.....this was suppose to be a part-time 36hr job. Now I am working 12hr days 6-7 days a week. I'm tired.

I feel the same. My motivation has been really low and I'm focused on other things that are going on at the moment.
I figure, at least we are coming back here each week even if we aren't seeing the results we want on the scale, and that means we haven't given up!

    Hang in there! :)

@empire5 @shanteel612 You're both doing fantastic!! You don't ever want to get back out of Onederland! I remember when you both made it there. Maybe and old picture or your starting mfp stats posted somewhere will help keep you motivated and remind you why you're not there still! Don't quit now!!
