Exercise: 5 hours 41 minutes cleaning, 45 minutes walking according to step tracker. Had to charge the phone so step count isn't accurate. Calories burnt: 2,383
Goal/Comments: My goal was to do 2 hours of cleaning and at least a half hour of Tae Bo, but ended up doing 5 hours 41 minutes of cleaning and having to do some errands with husband.2 -

Sadly, this doesn't surprise me. My goals for this next week are to incorporate strength training at least 3 days, and do better on my food choices (sodium intake mainly.) For the most part I have been staying within my calorie limits, but not choosing the best foods. I knew it wouldn't always be a smooth journey.1 -

Forgot to add 163 minutes of walking, 4037 steps. Which would bring calories burned up to 5127. Had walked a little more, but didn't have my phone on me.1 -

I have been off the wagon so to speak for the last 2 weeks most of which was vacation. Even though I did a 5k, hiked 6 miles and hit the gym a couple times while on my "staycation" I managed to gain weight. As of this morning I am 201.3 pounds!!! I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER seen 200 on my scale and I'm a little freaked out right now!!! I need to make August my month to turn things around.2
