On Sundays, I plan my menu and exercise schedule. I food shop. I just got back.

@MamboRumba Congratulations on getting ready for the week! I still have a bit more cooking to do before I'm prepared lol And yes, daily posts are a daily thing. It's not a big deal if you forget, but each week they'll post who has posted each day ^_^ I like to think of it as an extra incentive to get on MFP and stay accountable.2

@MamboRumba Really nice choices in that cart-it's gonna make one tasty meal tonight!! The daily post challenge is optional-it just keeps people thinking about weight loss, their goals, and for idea sharing. The only thing that is mandatory it a weekly weigh in. You can actually skip a week if needed or weigh on a different day sometimes. You're only booted from the challenge if you miss 2 consecutive weigh in's without telling Ashley or myself. There are really no prizes other than a kudos and the way you feel after losing weight.

Welcome to all the new participants! This will be my 8th month with the team.
I've lost 36lbs since I joined. I've been a bit slack (food wise) the last couple of months so my single goal in August is to stick to my calories.
Having said that my focus has been more on exercise and improving my fitness and I've noticed huge changes there.

Exercise: 5 hours 41 minutes cleaning, 45 minutes walking according to step tracker. Had to charge the phone so step count isn't accurate. Calories burnt: 2,383
Goal/Comments: My goal was to do 2 hours of cleaning and at least a half hour of Tae Bo, but ended up doing 5 hours 41 minutes of cleaning and having to do some errands with husband.2 -

Sadly, this doesn't surprise me. My goals for this next week are to incorporate strength training at least 3 days, and do better on my food choices (sodium intake mainly.) For the most part I have been staying within my calorie limits, but not choosing the best foods. I knew it wouldn't always be a smooth journey.1 -
