I wont be able to exercise for next 3 to 4 days but i can track foods if thats ok .then they said i need start on lower min sacale of 5 min for strength an walking again

Wowzers! I'm glad you're ok! Everything about this challenge is optional except for the weekly weigh in-and that can even be missed for one week without you being dropped from the challenge (sometimes even two if you tell Ashley or I to hold your weight over) A lot of people don't exercise and just track. I'm one of those people because I work 12 hr days 6 days a week. You just work on getting you back to being healthy!0 -
