This turned out to be a strict week on my main meals. The store didn’t have my usual cottage cheese, so I didn’t get any. By the time I could on Wednesday....I didn’t want it. My main meals were mostly protein and fats.
I want soups and fruits this week as my main meals. I will be alternating fruits and veggies each day. No dairy or nuts.

Almost caught back up from work. Last night I came home and was working on the computer....I just fell asleep in the middle of it. I woke up a couple of hours later with some drool on my desk and a keyboard imprint on my cheek. I have NEVER been that tired before...must be getting old Anyhoo....everyone's weights are recorded right now, but I haven't had time to respond to all the posts yet. Tomorrow night should have me completely caught up.
