Thanks everyone for the advice! I learned that my weight was wrong, I'm 140lbs. I'm going to start with the recommended calorie intake to maintain that my fitness pal gives me and see how it goes.

This is a bit late but I've tried both the 35 calorie Country Kitchen bread(in white and wheat) and Sara Lee's multigrain 45 calorie bread. The Sara Lee one is usually a lot cheaper(2/$5). You can get the Country Kitchen kind at Sams Clubs 2 loaves for $5 which is the cheapest I've seen. The Sara Lee one is higher in fiber…
