I use a magnesium oil lotion- apply it to my feet prior to bed. I find I sleep better and feel more calm since starting it.

I'm using all walking recorded with my vivofit for this, simply because I have been very I'll for two months and am just now getting back on my feet. This is a great motivator for me to move more! I'm glad I decided to sign up, this is my first virtual race. I look forward to doing more!

I've had every test known to man (it seems like!) Including scans, bloodwork and an MRI- eveeyrhing looks good but positive for mono. My doctor says it could take months to feel better.
