my minimum BMI is 55kg, i want to drop my weight till 57kg because i want to have a minimum body fat to start my first bulk. At 57kg i estimated that my body fat % will be lower than 10%
-
Recently the scale is not moving at all, it stuck at 62

My diary is open please look at it from Jan 10 2015 onward, ignore anything before that because I was not weighting the food. Starting Jan 10 onward i am sure that all the food are 95% accurately tracked because i weight the food. Even it is not accurate i still give a calories allowance which i only eat 1000kcal and below…

Im kinda free on is on dieting now :) can find me anything. We can motivate each other.

Thanks for all the advice, now i slowly increase my calories as i knw sudden jump from super low calories to maintenence might lead to gaining more fat because my metabolism might be damaged. I will start from 1200kcal per day and slowly increase 100kcal weekly.

I know gaining muscle and fat lose cannot be done at the same time, my goal is to lose fat. I think you misunderstanding my point here, i want to get lean before i start to bulk. Sorry for my poor english that lead to misunderstanding.
-
Yes my primary language is chinese, i admit that my english is poor. Since last year February i have dropped down from 80kg to 63kg. The main reason is because break up in relationship, this is why i am so depress and sad right now when i cant see any improvement in fat loss. Please bare with my poor english, really sorry…

yes, is around 1900kcal per day and that is 57kg with BF that is below 10%. From the view of BMI i will be nearly underweight with that goal but that is my goal before i start to bulk up and gain muscle.
-
Actually I am very depress now because the scale does not move and from the mirror i cant see any improvement of fat loss, I really need advise and motivation :\ , all my post about eating junk food is because i want to know that losing fat and get ripped is all about calories in vs out, im not a big fans of junk food.…

-
what i mean by pull my hair off is start worry
-
Thanks for the advise, will 1200kcal-1500kcal per day will get me ripped?
-
Im 22 from Kuching, Sarawak

My best advise is DO NOT track your exercise as the calories burn is much complicated than simple calculation especially the one shown on treadmill, different weight, body fat, gender all these need to take into consideration. So keep your calories in below your maintenance while ignore all the out put calories.
-
Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? YES, on top of that i quick add 50% extra calories to my daily calories consume just in case some data are incorrect and FYI fat that less than 5g can be considered as 0g fat. Did you stay under your calorie limit? YES, i do not care about my maintenance calories…

Got a serious question that keep frustrating me out, can i just count my calories and eat whatever i want as long as i ensure calories deficit to get that hot beach body? Example a cheese burger every day (which is not more than 1000kcal per day)
-
No offense but really want to know the truth, is it mean that i can go for warrior diet (1 meal per day) and my dinner will serve a large pizza and i will lose fat? I dont really concern about weight but i serious about losing fat especially belly fat.
-
From what i have research and analyize, things is not simple as calories in/calories out. An example you eat 2 BigMac (assuming maximum 1000kcal) everyday for weigt loss, is it possible? Please correct me if im wrong, i also want to know the truth. 1g protein not equal to 1g carbs although they are same calories
