I agree with @mygrl4meee , if you feel comfortable posting pics then we will probably notice more than you. I remember when I lost 50lb here two years ago I never saw the difference but my coworkers and some family sure noticed. :)

Like others have said, you don't need to eliminate foods. Just weigh and measure everything you eat and log it on here and stay within your calories. Maybe play around with your macros and see what works too (I've only recently started looking into and trying this more lately).

I love bread and used to be addicted, particularly to several late night sandwiches. Now I have 2 slices along with egg for breakfast/lunch and am more satisfied than when I used to have 6 slices with those sandwiches. Everything in moderation, as long as it fits your calories for the day, whats the harm? ;)

I'm sure what @ContraryMaryMary was meaning is she eats what she loves and then burns it all off to make it zero

I usually try to hold off til about 4 hours before sleep. If I start work at 4pm and finish at midnight, I usually have dinner around 8pm. If I start work at 8am and finish at 4pm, I usually have it between 6pm and 8pm. If I start work at midnight and finish at 8am, I'll have breakfast at 1am, second breakfast at 9am and…

My sore hand/wrist... that I think I sprained while shaking a T-shirt to hang it on the washing line to dry.. It caught on my head and when I pulled down...yep. Been sore since Monday and feels like it's gettin' worse. :|

"In the average teaspoon of cod liver oil there's around 42 calories. In a 500mg cod liver oil capsule there?s a much smaller amount - around 5 calories - and in a 1000mg capsule around 9 calories. Vitamin supplements don?t have many calories - around 5-10 per tablet at the most."…

Accidentally did that once when I was in primary school (Around 8 or so years old).... can still taste it to this day, yuck. I'm much more careful to swallow it quickly with plenty of water now. ;)

I do! But I also need to get into the habit of wearing my fitbit more often than my Casio watch...

Considering that due to my work shifts I either start eating from midnight til 2pm (2 hours before bed), 8am til 9pm or from 4pm til midnight. I've found as long as I'm staying within my calorie goals and not eating overly heavy, I've still been losing and thats without any exercise (I work a desk job). With a mix of 3…

Like others have said, it's not a good idea. Your body needs other nutrients like protein, fats etc from other sources. Fruit is also full of sugar. Everything in moderation, mix it up a little! Maybe have a smoothie as a snack or as part of a breakfast?

Instead of going with options like "1 cup of cheese" etc, you really are honestly best weighing it out because it could cause a drastic difference depending on what size of cup you're using and what kind of cheese it is too. Grab a set of food scales, make sure to get the correct brand and type of food (eg if it's cheese,…

I looked into Ingress once while waiting for Pokemon GO to come out. Didn't really take to it but I never gave it much of a chance to be honest (I was running low on phone space too). Zombies RUN! is another good walking game I played though. You get the first couple of episodes free but after that you have to subscribe.

Sitting at work on the nightshift, eating my lunch (cup soup and a sandwich) and browsing MFP between calls since it's quietened down.

My thumbs get a good workout on the PS4 but the rest of my fingers do on PC. I guess the rest of me does too when playing Just Dance. ;)

Well, you don't need to eat 6 times a day.. Just weigh everything you eat, so if you don't have a set of food scales at home it's a good plan to buy some since it does help to make sure you're not eating more than you might think. Even before cutting down, you can just log everything you eat for a few weeks before lowering…

Mines is open, I'm not super healthy but just limit my calorie intake. My diary can be a bit of a riot sometimes due to working nightshifts often. >_<

A lotta the people at my work complain about how they only ever binge eat when at the office, or how the "vending machine just calls them" and complain about their weight or get frustrated about how the machine doesn't take newer coins. My one tip to avoid to avoid both binge/overeating at work and firing all my money in…

... *eyes the weighed out Tupperware box of Coco Pops Chocos next to me on my work desk*.... I-I volunteer? For real though, if I don't plan on having a lunch I usually have 60g (2 servings), but if I'm working I'll stick to the 30g serving because I tend to have a lunch those days.
