I lost near 50 from 236 -> 180ish about 2 years ago. Gained it all back plus extra (whoops). So now I'm at 243 and keep fluctuating between 242-247 and have for about two months now fff... so yeah currently at 243 goal 1 is 200 goal 2 is 180 goal 3 150 and probably my end goal, not sure yet. That or 145.

Oh yeah, I feel it. I was alright when I was in college from walking up and down about 15 flights of stairs and to/from the train stations. Now I'm at a desk job and it kills me. Gained so much weight since I started here. I'd walk home more since I'm night shift if it wasn't 6 miles..

Yeah, start by telling us how many calories you eat a day and your height. If you aren't already, weighing your food is a good way to go. You mentioned 3 cheat meals a week, maybe try cutting down to one or two? It depends on how many calories etc is in them.
