  • Yeah, start by telling us how many calories you eat a day and your height. If you aren't already, weighing your food is a good way to go. You mentioned 3 cheat meals a week, maybe try cutting down to one or two? It depends on how many calories etc is in them.

  • Yup, log absolutely everything you put in your mouth- Diet drinks, tea, coffee, fruit juice, flavored waters. Even chewing gum. There's the option for logging water on the diary already, but I made a section on my diary specifically for drinks (usually it's just a Pepsi max or a latte or something). Everything adds up!
