When I gain weight I go quiet in my challenges. I'm going to try not to do that this time.

@GrandmaJackie and @jacqueline0821 let’s motivate each other and make sure we connect. I find that I go quiet when I have put on weight or eaten badly. Not the right approach. Those are the times to post.
I am very happy with my progress on MFP. For years my weight just went up and up. 2017 was the first year that it went down. Fitbit and MFP helped me enourmously. 2018 is a good year in the Chinese calendar and it WILL be good for us too! ;)

I’m in Let’s go for it!

    2017 Challenge lost 30 pounds!

    2018 Challenge:
    Start date: 1/1/2018
    Start weight: 131.0
    Goal weight: 120
    Current weight: 129.8
    This weeks loss: 1.2
    Total loss this year: 1.2

Completed W4 of C25K. It was a struggle as I am fighting a cold. Will continue to focus on tracking my calories as I push through W5.

Biggest challenge this week is all the chocolates my DH bought on the clearance sale. Especially the cookies.

Tip for anyone looking to cut a few calories. I've discovered a product called Jordans Skinny Syrups. The product has zero calories and is very intense I have been using it in my coffee in place of cream and sweetener, also in my water. I find
I drink more with flavor added. It comes in a variety of flavors.

It is so encouraging to see so many new participants in this challenge! We all need the support.

    Have a great week everyone
