 Thanks! I've been told it's crazy to try to tackle all three at once but I HAVE to quit smoking, and I can't seem to do that if I'm drinking. Controlling my eating isn't easy but it's easier than the other two goals, and isn't ruined by one bad decision, whereas one drink leads to more drinks which leads to smoking. So with smoking/drinking, one mistake really can ruin my progress, big-time. I guess controlling my eating is my "rock"- the one thing I can control but still have some leniency with, and that gives me the confidence I need to keep tackling my most important goal of quitting smoking. It's a weird approach but all other approaches I've tried have failed so hopefully this will work for me.4

            Hi Everyone
 I’m joining in - mainly to keep accountable. I joined MFP just over 12 months ago. I lost 8.8kgs(20lbs) then gained about 2.5 over Xmas break. I’m struggling to find what works again.

 This weeks success: I cycled 100kms on my road bike. Walkedover 40min a day as well.

            Thank you for this! I lost 30lbs for my wedding from the paleo diet and exercise (mostly running) and gained it all back. I’m ready to go for it again and sustain a diet with no restrictions and enjoy exercise without pressure of looking my best for a wedding as motivation.
