I do! But I also need to get into the habit of wearing my fitbit more often than my Casio watch...1

I started using them together. I like the MFP format for food also the nutrition analysis. Helps me see where I need to inprove on what I eat so I get a more balanced diet. My steps show up and my food log syncs. Win win!!1

I just started syncing my fitbit to MFP. I'm concerned it's overestimating how many calories I have burned during the day. Has anyone else experienced this?0
