It may take some time . Sometimes 4-6 weeks :( Resting it , using medications such as aleve or motrin can help it heal. Listen to your body when it flares up and do low impact exercises for the next couple weeks. I have learned the hard way about pushing injured muscles that were not ready for me. Good luck

I work crazy hours some days and my crock pot is my best friend! If you are cooking at all ...there is always time to turn that meal into something healthy . I plan my meals a week at a time and that is what helps me or my family would starve.
