Yeah for walking. I've lost 17 lbs since Jan - only walking. Over the years I've done the different machines, different classes and suffered injuries. I gave up. I've always enjoyed walking my pets and hiking so started w/the Leslie Sasone DVD's this year. I am stoked. I can keep this up and have people at work doing it.

I feel for you. When you've been loosing and then don't it can be a disappointment. I also agree w/everyone that much weight loss in a month is hard on your body and it needs to adjust. You didn't put it on that fast. But try changing up your exercise if you feel you have to do something.

I'm sad. I did miss 1 day of working out, not feeling well and we have a bunch of people w/the flu at work. But I have kept on track w/my calories and the scale didn't budge. Will have to step it up next week

5 lbs in a week is a lot. More than recommended. Good for you. I try for 2 and have to be happy w/1 usually. Stay healthy

Good for you Carri. Don't overdo. One small step will still get you there. As the weight comes off your back will thank you but not if you abuse it.
