Bring a notepad and take a minute to write out what you're feeling if you can. Keep eating for meal and snack time/break time but not while you work. Hang in there :)

I use Grokker when I am at home and need a low impact, body weight exercise. If you search for Tabata exercises, you will find some great videos! It is free, too!

I definitely don't think it was accurate! I think I will just go with a generic estimate and go on the lowest end of that.

Thanks guys! Running is not an option right now because of ankle and knee damage. I'll look up the stats online. I thought the Fitbit would work for calorie burning estimations :/ glad I know now!
