What I would have liked to know sooner: 1. Just how serious and honest I had to be with myself. 2. Being consistent in logging is as important as logging accurately. 3. Finding a good balance with meals (i.e. a little treat, a little more fiber, a little more protein, etc.). 4. Finding my weakness = late night snacks, and…

Kindness kills. All you need to do is say "hey bud, please re-rack your equipment, -and your triceps are lookin' top notch! Keep it up man!" -end of story. Trainer says 'Thanks bruh" and re-racks. DONE.

While this isn't an extreme mile stone, I was greatly encouraged today when I stepped on the scale and saw a 14 lb weight loss (have 26 more to go)!!... People can say it's "not about numbers" all they want, but I will never say that -numbers are motivating!!

I'm a binge eater and have struggled my whole life... over much trial and error, this is the plan that has helped me the most: Eating/saving all my cals. until the end of the day *(usually I'll have 2 decent sized meals -a medium lunch and larger dinner w/ dessert at the end of both meals), I eat more protein, and…

I've battled addictions my entire life. I have overcome all my addictions except one. . . Food. My food addiction is, and will always be, a life long struggle. Food = survival. I have accepted the fact that I will "fall of the wagon" regularly. And even though I fall off, I also know that this life long race will be…
