  • Thank you for the suggestions... Found a few new songs.. will slowly start to build up a great playlist I hope :)
  • I'm not sure about before workouts but I have found that drinking green tea certainly helps lower my hunger cravings. Many studies have also shown that green tea is packed full of antioxidants including EGCG which is linked to a boost in metabolism, fat burning and therefore an increase in weightloss. So in my opinion you…
  • The best one I have found for me is standing up with your feet close together, place one foot across the other one then stretch your arm up over your head and bend to the side.
  • Agreed... my sister is allergic to blueberries and she often gets people telling her that a couple in fruit salad wont hurt her because it's fruit... I also get this with skin products, there's this "All Natural" skin care company that always has stalls set up hassling people in shopping centres. I tried one of their…

Over the past few years I've compiled a book for myself…
  • For my favorite salad I use spinach leaves, cherry/small roma tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, kalamata olives and dried cranberries. Doesn't need dressing. Then can also add chicken or any other vegetables you may like.
  • I just smile, say thanks and get back to it. They're going to continue watching or offering "advise" regardless. It's when I get comments like "You shouldn't be lifting that heavy" that I get pissed off.
  • Love this post, I've been thinking about it as I've been reading all these other amazing "small victories" and I realize that I actually have quite a few of my own recent ones. I've lost 1kg in the past week after not losing any for ages. I have been able to start weight training for the first time since March when I did a…
